I received this invitation on Facebook: Add our film on Netflix please

It's a call to action by Ester Brym, producer and director of Butterflies, a movie about YouTube stars. She is asking her Facebook fans to add her film to their wishlist on Netflix. If the movie is requested enough times, it will be added to the Netflix catalogue.

I think this is a great idea that shows how effective social media can be. On facebook alone she has 230 supporters for her cause already. Unfortunately I couldn't check how many supporters are on Netflix, because I can't access it in Europe. 

I am convinced that there will be enough people till her deadline (mid-October) who want to see her film on Netflix - another diy success story in the making if you ask me!
